DETAILS ABOUT THIS POSITION:

  • LENGTH OF WORK YEAR: 10 Months
  • START DATE: ASAP
  • HOURS PER WEEK: 20
  • "TYPICAL" SCHEDULE: M-F (Monday: 1:45-5:45; Tu, Thu, Fri: 2:15-5:45; Wed: 12:15-5:45 Once per month there will be a mandatory training on a Friday - 12:15-5:45)
  • BENEFIT INFORMATION: There are no health benefits associated with this part-time position.  Once you are an employee for 3 years, you will be eligible for a part-time health benefit package.  You will be automatically enrolled in California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) upon hire.
  • SIGNING BONUS: 

    Any ASP Worker II or ASP Team Lead staff newly hired on or after March 1, 2023 will receive $500 bonus on their first paycheck and an additional $500 bonus after successfully passing probation (completion of 130 working days)

    *Staff must have full availability (MTTHF 2:30-6pm and W 12:30-5:30)

    *Primary position must be After School

  • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: First Aid and CPR Certification will be required prior to start date, but not mandatory to apply.

  • Answer all questions completely and accurately. Failure to fully complete application may result in disqualification. 
  • Employment is contingent upon passing a preplacement physical with a drug and alcohol screen and fingerprint/livescan clearance both at district expense, and a current verification of a negative T.B. test or x-ray.
